In a personal injury lawsuit, discovery is the process of exchanging information between parties to a lawsuit and follows the filing of the lawsuit complaint.

This newly recorded video entitled "What is Discovery in an Ohio Personal Injury Lawsuit?" follows his first video in this series titled "What is an Ohio Personal Injury Complaint". The video, like the first in this series, is on Chester Law Group's website and has also been uploaded to their YouTube channel, "ohiowrongfuldeath" under the title of "What Is Discovery".

In the video, Attorney David Chester outlines the discovery process and points out that the judge in the lawsuit case determines how long discovery will last.
He also makes a point to explain that the attorneys from both parties are trying to get information they can use at trial to their advantage.
The written questions asked during discovery are called interrogatories. The subject of "What is an Interrogatory" will be theme of the next video in this educational series by Attorney Chester.
